Hello! I am proud to be an advocate for mental health and be apart of this beautiful community. I am so excited to come alongside you as you explore self-discovery and acceptance. My passion is held with a drive to help you connect with the mind + body and to see how incredible this connection can be.

Master of Social Work from Baylor University
TRAINING
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my training has been rooted in a holistic approach that prioritizes ethical, compassionate, and individualized care. I am certified in both Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), two evidence-based trauma treatments that guide much of my clinical work.
My primary orientation is through the lens of IFS, which I use to help clients build deeper, more compassionate relationships within themselves. Through this model, I support individuals in exploring their inner landscape, working with protective parts, and unburdening past wounds in order to access their innate sense of self that leads to healing.
In addition to my IFS training, my clinical development has included a strong focus on mind-body integration. This includes working with somatic symptoms, guiding clients through mindful meditations, and using body-based awareness as a bridge between emotional and physical healing. My aim is to support each person in embracing the full continuum of healing—connecting thought, feeling, sensation, and spirit.
CERTIFICATIONS
Most days you will find me planning for another adventure trip, enjoying a sunny walk while listening to a good book/podcast, hiking a mountain, or trying a new recipe I saw on the Great British Baking Show.
